Spiced Roasted Butternut Squash

Cooking Time: 35 minutes
The seasonings add so much flavor to the squash. Our kids really like this!
2 pounds butternut squash, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 teaspoon cumin, ground
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Peel squash and cut into 1 inch cubes. Place foil over a large rimmed baking sheet for easier clean up. Coat with cooking sprace. Place cubed squash on baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle seasonings over squash then spray tops with cooking spray. Bake for about 25 minutes until soft.
