Pesto Shrimp With Penne Pasta

This is simple and delicious. Makes a great lunch or dinner and is nice enough for company.
1 pound shrimp, raw (medium or large)
8 ounces pasta, penne, whole wheat
3 tablespoons pesto sauce (prepared)
2 cups tomato(es), grape or cherry
1/4 cup cheese, feta, lowfat,crumbled
2 cups spinach, fresh baby, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
Boil a pot of water over high heat and cook pasta according to package directions for al dente (about 10 minutes). Meanwhile, shell and clean shrimp. Pat shrimp dry with a paper towel. Place a large skillet over medium heat. Add one tablespoon oil and cook shrimp in a single layer for 1 to 2 minutes per side until opaque and cooked through (don't overcook). Reserve half cup of pasta water, drain pasta then place pasta into the skillet. Add pesto and pasta water and stir. Toss in tomatoes and chopped spinach. Divide among six plates. Top with feta cheese and serve.
