Roasted Rosemary Potatoes

These potatoes are easy to make and require little hands on cooking time. They go great with just about everything.
1 1/2 pounds potato(es), yukon gold or red
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons rosemary, fresh
cooking spray, olive oil type
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cut the potatoes into quarters or if they are larger potatoes, cut into pieces about 1 and a half inches wide. Mix in a bowl with oil and seasoning and spread out on a baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray. Cook for approximately 25 to 30 minutes until fork tender and lightly browned.
